And the poster makes me so HDKADL as well
Explodes? Almost, not quite… I haven’t seen it Painter of the Wind yet (it’s in the process of being subbed by KST) but I am so pumped to watch it that I am 90% tempted to just watch it raw and read summaries.
I’ve never been so OMGDJKADK over a sageuk before, my guesses as to why this is so:
Park Jin Woo has been in nothing for a very long time and even though he is just the “other man” I’m still excited to see him in sageuk and not in the usual rom-coms. Still, as the “age-appropriate guy that does not get the girl”, this role is nothing new to him (My Little Bride? Bad Family?) and for once, I just want him to get the girl. Just once please?

PJW! Keke, still looks as good as he did in BF… btw he’s in the back, MGY looks just as manly as he does though… props to her? I couldn’t find a better screen cap of him and I don’t want to spoil myself just yet by going through the video.
CROSS-DRESSING always (Unless your name is Hana Kimi) leaves room for angst, complicated love-lines and breast-binding. Oh, we’ve already seen breast-binding! Since the drama is being touted as one based on not political lines but relational lines if it gets as angsty and Coffee Prince’s middle section then I would be more than happy.

Ancient breast-binding, the best kind?
Art is just up my alley and the paintings/ cinematography and soundtrack look like they are sure to please. Also, are the trailers/ teasers not fucking awesome or what!?

Park Shin Yang and Moon Geun Young are the lovers and I get that the age difference is… different but, you know I’ve seen large differences before and taken into Joseon context it’s a little more agreeable to?
I had to turn my head upside down to get the poster. I might take off you one day.. after i re watch all the K-movies I have atm ( ie. Windstruck, Spy Girl, See You After School and My Sassy Girl )
I rewatched See You After Schhol 2 days ago, that movie does not get old. At ALL.
The first few minutes are epic with the kid and the car.
I swear that girl looks like a man! ><’ ARgh korean dramas and having their ladies act all masculine and all so typical
Gina – I love the whole ordeal with him and his hair in the train, and the “scientific testing”
I didn’t think YEH was manly in Coffee Prince, tomboyish yeh but not as manly as MGY or Ella (ELLA TAKES THE CAKE)
